Milque Spa is a family run, boutique award winning day spa and as such we are in high demand and have limited appointments available as we book up in advance. The time we allocate for your appointment is reserved for you. When you book an appointment with us, we guarantee you this time and appoint a fully qualified and highly experienced professional to take care of you. We understand there can be unforeseen circumstances, however we require at least 72hrs notice prior to your appointment.
Failure to show:
100% of booked service charged. If no deposit is taken and you cancel within 72hrs or no show. You will need to pay the full amount to reschedule your appointment.
If you are using a spa gift voucher:
50% of the voucher will be charged if the cancellation is received with less than 72hrs notice. No show will deem the voucher void.
All appointments over 1 hour treatment time incl. hair services:
All appointments over 1 hour treatment time incl. hair services require a 50% deposit with either credit card details or in salon payment to secure your booking.
Cancellations:
Cancellations received more than 72 hours in advance are cancelled without charge. Less then 72 hours notice: 50% of booked service is charged.
